AFRICONNECT SERVICE & EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT AGREEMENT
This Agreement is between AfriConnect LLC (“AfriConnect”, “we”, “us”) and the Applicant (“you”). By ticking “I agree” you confirm that you have read, understood and accept all terms below.
1. Nature of our service
AfriConnect works with private companies and local agencies to connect skilled and unskilled workers with job opportunities in Europe and Asia (including but not limited to Germany, Luxembourg, Estonia, Poland, Belarus, United Arab Emirates, Japan, South Korea and Qatar). We provide consultation, document guidance, appointment letters and ongoing support. We are not a government embassy and we do not guarantee visa approval.
2. Consultation / registration fees
- Europe destinations: USD 500 (or local equivalent such as GHS as shown at checkout) — non-refundable.
- Asia / Gulf destinations (UAE, Japan, South Korea, Qatar): USD 300 (or local equivalent) — non-refundable.
Fees cover processing, document review, AfriConnect appointment letter, coordination with partners, and agent support. Fees are not a visa fee and are not refundable if a visa is refused or you withdraw after processing has started.
3. Sponsorship
Many job offers in Asia are fully sponsored. Some European employers offer partial sponsorship. Claims for flight tickets and visa costs, where offered by an employer, are typically only available after you have obtained your visa to the destination country. Employer rules apply.
4. Appointment letters
During the process you may receive (a) an AfriConnect appointment / support letter and (b) an employer letter. These are supporting documents for your application. They do not guarantee a visa or a final job start date.
5. Salary payment through AfriConnect & commission
Applicants who secure employment through AfriConnect agree that salaries will be paid through AfriConnect for the duration of the employment contract arranged via our partners (including contracts of up to two years or until the contract ends, whichever applies under the employer agreement).
AfriConnect will deduct a service commission of three percent (3%) of the monthly salary each month. This commission helps operate the company and continue support services. You acknowledge and accept this deduction as a condition of placement through AfriConnect.
6. Travel documents
AfriConnect does not seize or hold applicants’ travel documents (passport or similar) upon arrival or at any stage. Your passport remains your property. Any temporary holding by an employer or third party is outside AfriConnect’s policy and should be reported to us immediately.
7. Ongoing responsibility & complaints
We do not abandon you after employment starts. AfriConnect remains a point of contact for workplace concerns. We treat every complaint with urgency. If you are uncomfortable with an employer, unsafe, unpaid, or mistreated, you may contact us at any time (email, WhatsApp or phone listed on our website). We will review and assist within our capacity and applicable law.
8. Your responsibilities
- Provide true and complete information and documents.
- Attend embassy/VFS appointments and follow lawful instructions.
- Comply with the laws of the destination country and employer rules.
- Not use forged documents or misrepresentation.
9. No visa guarantee
Visa decisions are made solely by embassies and immigration authorities. AfriConnect agents prepare and guide your file professionally but cannot control the final decision.
10. Data & communication
You agree that we may process your personal data and documents to deliver this service, contact you by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp, and share necessary information with partner employers and agencies for placement purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Acceptance
By checking the box below you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the legal working age required), you understand the fee, the 3% monthly salary commission, the salary-through-AfriConnect arrangement, sponsorship conditions, and that travel documents will not be seized by AfriConnect.

2. Frais
Europe : 500 USD (non remboursable). Asie / Golfe (UAE, Japon, Corée du Sud, Qatar) : 300 USD (non remboursable).
3. Salaire via AfriConnect
Les salaires des candidats placés via AfriConnect sont versés via AfriConnect pendant la durée du contrat (jusqu’à 2 ans ou fin de contrat). Une commission de 3 % est déduite chaque mois.
4. Documents de voyage
AfriConnect ne confisque pas les passeports à l’arrivée ni à aucun stade.
5. Plaintes & sécurité
Nous restons disponibles après l’emploi. Toute plainte est traitée en urgence. Vous pouvez nous contacter à tout moment en cas de problème avec un employeur.
6. Pas de garantie de visa
La décision finale appartient uniquement aux autorités d’immigration.
